First Word


Welcome to the blog that keeps you motivated to live a healthy life. On a weekly basis, I will blogging on information, tips, data, stories, news, and every other issue that men everywhere can relate to. We all have goals and ambitions as men, in this age when one has to do everything on the fly and do it very well no matter what, having access to the information that is needed to achieve those goals is crucial. I will be providing information from some of the best magazines for men; Men’s Health, Esquire, Men’s Fitness, Men’s Journal, Playboy, Details, etc. Also, any other source that has any information that is related to the well-being of men. From health issues to finance and relationships, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on everything and anything with some insight from the experts, and as time goes on I’ll be having guest bloggers and interviews with some of the best minds on men-related issues.
            In life, staying motivated and inspired is as important as breathing. Your life is purpose-driven, or it has to be purpose-driven for you to able to go through all the difficulties and madness of life. Purpose-driven could mean there is always something that you can always look back on, and hold on to when things are hard. It could be your kids, some random achievement, your girlfriend or partner. Having that is very important. If you do have that, try and hold on to it.
            Well, before I start going off, let’s just stop there for the now. Next up; first post, it’s on staying healthy. Why stay fit? Why we should try to stay fit, what’s your motivation to stay healthy?
